Igor holds lectures and training courses for both teachers and principals. Most school projects are a little longer, usually starting with a full day followed by one or two half-days. Igor’s school projects mostly focus on solution-focused working methods and confidence boosting. Igor is particular about basing his lectures and training courses on the school’s specific requirements and he sometimes involves the pupils.

Igor holds lectures and training courses for all types of companies and his résumé includes inspirational lectures, coaching and long-term projects. Igor’s special areas are leadership, mental training and motivation, goals and visions and solution-focused working methods. He has wide experience of working with people from different cultural backgrounds as well as the individual training of elite athletes.
